W. Giesbrecht Homes Ltd. has been in business for over 30 years, and uses only quality materials and experienced professional craftsmen. Our in-house craftsmen have between 15-30 years of experience and on-the-job apprenticing and training in their fields, for consistent quality in our homes.

All of our high-quality kitchen cabinets are custom-built in our shop, in a variety of woods and designs.

Our homes are finished by painters with years of experience, using quality General Paints products, and the painting includes design touches (see two-tone ceiling edging & round corners in picture on right for example). Our doors and woodwork offer detailed touches. Many of our homes have rounded corners in the drywall.

Our homes are solidly built so that they stand up to being moved with no damage. Outside walls are built with 2x6 lumber and fir plywood on both sides, ceilings are fir plywood, roofs are engineered trusses with fir plywood. High-quality Huron Windows are standard, with triple-pane PVC. Roofs are done with 30-year fibreglass shingles. Insulation is R50 for the attic (blown fibreglass) and R20 for exterior walls (fibreglass) to keep you comfortable in the Canadian winters!

Houses take approximately 4 months from planning to delivery. We normally do between 15 and 20 homes per year so that we can devote enough time and attention to each home to achieve our standards of quality.
